Formalities Steps / Procedure :

For Presenters/Speakers/Panelists/Resource Persons / Presentation Certificate: 

1. Register

2. Share All Files & Details in one email, to the email address wswd2023@gmail.com in specified format (check presentation guidelines) and contact coordinator for schedule and confirmation

3. Check Schedule on Website

4. Join Session at least before 30/60 mins in advance & Make Presentation

5. Provide Feedback (Zoom/Polls) 

6. Download Presentation E-Certificate.

For Participants/Delegates / Participation Certificate : 

1. Register

2. Join daily at 6 PM, 

3. Attend/Participate

4. Provide Feedback (Zoom/Polls)

5. Download Participation E-Certificate.

E-Certificates : 

1. Minimum 50% of attendance on each day.

2. Issued on Daily Basis for each day for 3 days (3 Certificates) after the conference.

3. Participation & Presentation E-Certificates shall be Issued after the Conference for all registered and eligible participants.

4. E-Certificates have to be Downloaded from Website.
