Step 1 :


Fill & Submit Free Registration Form (Google Form - Presentations & Participation) with complete, valid & correct details for respective event/program : https://www.sricasw.org 

Step 2 :


After Submission of Registration Form, 

Speakers/Presenters/Panelists/Resource Persons have to send email in the following format with all details & all files in a single email, and also a copy  (for quick approval) to WhatsApp to Event/Program/Seminar/Conference Coordinator Sri. Dr. Ravindra @ +91 9705503767

Note : Tentative Date & Time opted by presenter is subject to availability/feasibility on first come first serve basis or based on themes, and is allotted by organisers, check Program/event schedule on website for allotted timings or join and make request in conference as instructed for unscheduled presentations.

Step 3 :


After one or two Working Days, before starting date of event/program, Check Events/Programs/Seminar/Conference sessions schedule at https://www.sricasw.org on respective event/program webpage/website.

If your presentation is not scheduled & For on-Spot Registrations contact Coordinator :  Dr. Ravindra R M , WhatsApp +919705503767 , email address : wswd2024@gmail.com for confirmation and scheduling.
For Unscheduled Presenters/Presentations, join the event/program and make request in chat to Host, wait for all schedule presentations to complete and for further instructions, for availing the opportunity based on feasibility/availability.

Sessions will be scheduled as per availability of time slots, by the organizers, presenters are requested to follow and abide them and complete presentations and all the formalities before presentation in time.


Step 4 :

Register in Zoom Platform by filling up the Registration Form/Polls (On Presentation day). Join at least 30-60/90 minutes before your scheduled presentation timings and inform the host/coordinator about your presence in zoom chat along with details. Stay at least 30-60/90 minutes after your presentation or till end of the program, so that you can fill and submit the Feedback Form/Polls in Zoom Platform. Presenters who only join for presentations are only eligible for presentation e-certificate, subject to completion of formalities in time. For participation e-certificate for presenters need to participate and maintain minimum attendance on each day for that day participation e-certificate and complete formalities.

Before joining check your zoom meeting/app, system permissions, camera, mic and Presentation PPT/PPTX File is opening/working and keep them ready, make sure your system/device is plugged into power source and is fully charged and connected to stable/good/high speed internet network. ensure your name correctly displayed in zoom Profile/ participants list as registered.

when invited to present, start your audio, video, presentation and start sharing your oral/ppt/poster presentation with your brief introduction and adhere to the allotted timings & Q&A Session (if any) following presentation guidelines. After your presentation and Q&A session, stop sharing screen, mute your mic, stop video.

Pre-recorded or Live Presentations


For All Live Zoom Presentations should be made with video and audio, ensure that camera and mic is working properly, along with your presentation, if there is any issue opt for pre-recorded presentations (Zoom/YouTube) and send your pre-recorded presentation well in advance, following above instructions/guidelines.

Caution & Warning : 

This platform is only for sharing knowledge, and is not a commercial platform, any type of promotional, advertising, sales, marketing, referrals to/for any person, organization, products or services, through platform or presentations is strictly prohibited. Such presentations are not considered for presentations, proceedings, publications, E-Certificates and are treated as violations and will be banned for all future events/programs. in case of any clarification contact event/program coordinator, well in advance.

Step 4 :


After completing the presentation fill and submit the session Feedback Form (Z. Polls) / Overall Sessions Feedback Form (Z. Polls) in Zoom Sessions in the form of Polls. 

Fill and submit the overall event/program (Google Form) Feedback Form shared on the email/website as applicable.
Ensure that all the formalities are completed before presentation or closure or within 24 hours of closure of day/event/program.

Step 5 :

After 3-5 working days/one week of closure of event or Stipulated time, visit specific event/program webpage/website to download your certificate, if eligible.

Download your Presentation E-Certificate from respective event/program Website :  https://www.sricasw.org/ 

after closure of conference, after one week/ or stipulated time for those who have completed all formalities in time/before closure of day/event/program, e-certificates shall be updated.

Mandatory:

Presenters: Register (G.Form & Z.Polls) -> Share Required Details/Documents -> Present/Participate -> Provide Feedback (G.Form & Z.Polls) -> Provide Overall Feedback (G.Form) -> Download Participation E-Certificate from Website. 

Note :

No Queries shall be entertained on E-Certificates on SMS/WhatsApp/Calls/Social Media. 

E-Certificates will be provided only to those who complete all the formalities in time. Presenters are requested to adhere to the presentation guidelines and complete formalities in time to be eligible to certificate.

E-Certificate Support is provided Only After Closure of Daily sessions, Participants/Presenters may utilize the opportunity for any queries/clarifications regarding Presentations/Participation/Collaborations/E-Certificates when Host/Co-Host invites. 


Presenters/ Participants are requested not to disturb/interfere in the daily proceedings while sessions are going on. After the feedback form is shared for the day, you may use chat box to make request for, if any queries not related to that day program/event.


No Queries shall be entertained on E-Certificates on SMS/WhatsApp/Calls/Social Media. 

Presenters/Speakers/Panelists/Resource Persons : Register -> Share All Files & Details to email wswd2024@gmail.com in specified format -> Make Presentation -> Provide Feedback (Zoom/Polls) -> Download Presentation E-Certificate.


Participants : Register -> Attend/Participate -> Provide Feedback (Zoom/Polls) -> Download Participation E-Certificate.

Note :

The Request for E-Certificates have to be made only after completing all the formalities.

All Requests for E-Certificates shall be treated incomplete, invalid, void, if they are made without completing formalities.

Forms with incomplete, invalid, incorrect details are not eligible for E-Certificates. Fill all the details carefully. Re-submit forms, if required with correct, complete and valid details in time, if you notice any corrections/changes required.

No Queries shall be entertained on E-Certificates on SMS/WhatsApp/Calls/Social Media. 

Participation Guidelines / Check List

Program/Event Registration : Free Registration (Google Form)

Participants/Presenters (Each Day/Everyday/All Days) : Zoom Polls (Registration & Feedback) to be eligible for E-Certificate for that Day. 

Program/Event Feedback : Free Feedback (Google Form) to be completed before Closure/Within 24 Hours of Closure of Event/Program)

E-Certificates are issued based on eligibility on Day-to-Day basis.

Minimum attendance required on each day/everyday. 

Eligibility for Participation E-Certificate : 

50% Attendance + Participation in Inaugural & Valedictory Session. 

or 

Overall Attendance of 75% in all sessions.
