Presenters/Speakers/Panelists/Resource Persons : Register -> Share All Files & Details to email in given format in registration form or website -> Check Schedule on Website -> Present -> Provide Feedback (Zoom/Polls/YouTube) -> Provide Overall Feedback (Form/Website) -> Download Presentation E-Certificate.
Before submission of feedback forms :
Ensure you are eligible and completed your formalities.
If not, complete them at the earliest
This form has to be filled /submitted only once for each presentation and mandatory.
Multiple submissions for each/one presentation will disqualify you from E-Certificate.
Kindly fill the form carefully with all details (correct, valid & Complete).
Once successfully submitted you will receive a copy of submitted form to your email.
E-Certificate shall be generated only if all the details are correct & valid after verification.
No Changes shall be made once the E-Certificate has been issued.
Check website after completing all the formalities, to download your certificate.
