All the Registered Presenters, irrespective of timings, whether scheduled/unscheduled, listed or unlisted on website,  are requested to join the Int. seminar online Zoom meeting at 11 AM (Time Zone : IST, GMT+05:30 INDIA) and share presentation details to Host/Dr. Ravindra in Zoom Chat, indicating their presence and complete their presentations as per availability, when invited by host as per Que Order of messages/ presentation requests.  If Invited/Scheduled - Presenter/Presentation is not available, the next speaker/presentation shall be taken up and after all the available speakers are presented the session shall be closed.

 I will be entirely responsible for completing all the formalities in time as mentioned on the registration form/website, to be eligible for presentations/ participation e-certificate, if opted, in time with valid/complete details/documents, I understand without which I shall not be eligible for any benefits or e-certificate.

I also give my consent to organizers to record, use, store and share my presentation/participation 0n Website/Zoom/YouTube platforms, which becomes part of Program/webinar/seminar/conference for documentation and promotion purpose.

I shall check program website for schedule, sessions and timings and present/participate as applicable and if eligible, download my e-certificate from website.

Dear presenters/Participants we have observed that still many/some have not completed formalities (Registration, Presentation/Participation & Feedback) for both One Week International Conference and One Day International Seminar. Everyone is requested to complete the formalities immediately. Once E-Certificates are generated no further changes or request for new e-certificates shall be entertained.

Presenters are requested to share immediately the requested information and documents in specified format immediately to wswd2024@gmail.com  for E-Certificates.

Forms with incomplete, invalid details are not eligible for E-Certificates. Fill all the details carefully. Re-submit forms, if required with correct, complete and valid details.

No Queries shall be entertained on E-Certificates on SMS/WhatsApp/Calls.
