All the formalities should be completed at the earliest, before the last date/ commencement of event/ by the End of the day/event for each & every - day/event, as specified for each event.
Multiple Day Events may have additional requirements check with specific event.
Forms with Inadequate, Incomplete or Invalid Data/Information are not accepted/considered.
Fill and Submit only once for each application/registration/nomination/presentation/participation/feedback.

Dear Panelists/ Presenters/ Speakers/ Resource Persons/ Participants
those
who have received Certificates / E-Certificates
yet to receive the Certificates / E-Certificates
organized by SHHFI & SRICASW
in the past, present and upcoming events
are requested to follow the instructions carefully
and complete all the formalities with valid and correct data/details in time
to enable Certificates /E-Certificates generation and verification in time and offline/online.
Each and every E-Certificate issued is unique, with a alphanumeric serial number, for each Registered individual.
Only those who completed all the formalities with valid and correct data within time, will be able to verify their certificates offline & online on website.
We request everyone to complete all the formalities, if not completed, earlier, to complete at the earliest.
Entire responsibility for completion of formalities - lies with the Registered and Unregistered within the prescribed time frame with correct and valid data, following instructions carefully mentioned on registration & feedback forms and on website for each event, which may vary from event to event.
Those who have availed the opportunity of presentations/participation without registrations/formalities, in time, due to technical issues at their end or last minute approvals/presentation/participation - due to time constraints, such individuals are under the obligation to complete all the formalities at the earliest within the prescribe time, for the event or by the end of the day/event as applicable.
